Pub social evenings

Starting on Thursday 14th May, we are having informal weekly pub social gatherings for all parents and parents-to-be to enjoy a drink and a natter.  Come along and meet up with others in our area.

Meeting at 8pm in The Beehive, Beehive Lane, Welwyn Garden City. AL7 4BW.

Committee posts require different types of people with different skills and there really is something for everyone, no matter how much or little time you think you may have to offer. Support is always given by the committee as a whole and not only do you get a sense of pride and achievement for your efforts, you are likely to make new friends and have some useful experience to add to your CV too.

All new members are very welcome, please come along and join us at any committee meeting.

Before booking a home birth, or if you are not sure whether a home birth is for you, you might find it helpful to talk to other parents who have had homebirths in this area.

This is an informal friendly support group that meets monthly and can provide information books and real life experiences to help you decide if a home birth is for you.

Talking to other people that have given birth at home can be a great confidence boost - it helps to know that there are lots of other women just like you who have done it.
